5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellation

• Individual lessons: 24-hour notice required for cancellation without charge
• Group courses: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of enrollment
• After course commencement: Prorated refund for unused sessions, minus administrative fee

5.2 Arrocingio Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel courses due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability
• Circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future courses.

6. Student Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

6.1 Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually
• Come prepared with necessary materials
• Participate actively and respectfully
• Complete assigned homework and exercises

6.2 Respectful Behavior

Students must maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and other students. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language
• Disrupting classes or learning environment
• Sharing course materials without permission
• Using recording devices without consent

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

• Technical issues beyond our control

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by Student

Students may terminate services subject to our cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.

13.2 Termination by Arrocingio

We may terminate services immediately for:
